Leadership Experience
I gained my experience by building new and restructuring numerous teams, leading large projects, and managing multi-level, dispersed structures. I led teams achieving ambitious sales budgets and introducing new brands, products, and services to the market.

Coaching and Training Practice
Since 2009, I have run my own coaching and training business. As an executive coach, mentor, consultant, and business trainer, I design and lead development projects for leaders and teams. I facilitate workshops and strategic meetings for management teams and boards.
I specialize in leadership, effective management, building leadership authority and image, personal and team effectiveness, managerial competencies, and successful sales and negotiation.
Managerial Experience
During 20 years of work in an international environment, I went through almost all levels of organizational structures, from sales instructor to Business Development Manager, sales director, managing director, CEO, and board member.
I have managed both small teams and large dispersed structures of several hundred people. I have personal managerial experience in managing individual departments/divisions as well as entire organizations.
