Are you wondering how to fully leverage the experience and potential of the people in your organization?

In this individually designed program delivered interactively, participants will prepare to effectively fulfill the role of internal mentors.

They will learn the stages of the mentoring process, and develop and strengthen practical skills for effectively conducting mentoring sessions.

As a participant, you will:

  • Learn the mentoring process model and how to conduct development sessions.
  • Develop key skills and learn how to practically apply mentoring tools.
  • Increase your awareness of your talents and learn how to leverage them in mentoring.
  • Receive developmental tasks to support the learning process to be completed before and after the program.

 

The workshops will also provide a space for sharing best practices, reflection, and insights.

Developmental tasks will be carried out between workshops, with the possibility of consultations.
