In this individually designed program, delivered interactively, participants will experience how feedback influences motivation, engagement, and relationship-building within teams.

They will develop and strengthen practical skills for applying methods and techniques for conducting feedback conversations.

Participants will also enhance key competencies needed to effectively use feedback and feedforward in their daily work.

As a participant, you will:

  • Learn the functions, principles, and models of feedback conversations.
  • Gain practical experience in applying various feedback models depending on the situation and the employee’s attitude.
  • Increase your awareness of your leadership style and see how feedback impacts employee engagement, motivation, and effectiveness.
  • Receive developmental tasks to support the learning process, to be completed before and after the program.

 

The workshops will also serve as a space for sharing best practices, reflection, and insights.

Developmental tasks will be carried out between workshops, with the possibility of consultations.
