In an individually designed program tailored to the current needs and goals of the organization, it is possible to develop managers’ skills in using mentoring methods and tools or prepare a group of employees for effective internal mentoring roles.

Together, we will:

• Establish the goals and current needs of your organization regarding the implementation of mentoring or a mentoring management style.
• Develop a coherent strategy for implementing mentoring within your organization.
• Design your mentoring implementation program based on proven standards.
• Select appropriate tools to support changes in perception and utilization of mentoring in your organization.

Workshops will also serve as a space for sharing good practices, reflections, and insights.

Between workshops, participants will work on developmental tasks with the option for consultation.
