Leadership Mentoring

Do you want to develop your leadership skills and gain a strategic perspective in management?

Are you wondering how to enhance and strengthen your image as an inspiring leader?

Throughout a process consisting of 6-8 sessions, you will clarify your leadership “WHY.”

Working with an experienced mentor, you will gain a broader perspective on your leadership and undergo a transformation process to achieve lasting results.

Together, we will:

  • Establish the goals, pace, and intensity of your process.
  • Assess which resources you are currently utilizing and which experiences of others may inspire you.
  • Select appropriate tools (including workshop elements and feedforward) to support the realization of your goals.
  • Develop specific development tasks to complete between sessions.

 

Between sessions, you will work on individual development tasks with the option for consultation.

For:
Leaders, board members, and senior management.
Length:
6-8 sessions (1.5 hours every 2-4 weeks).
