During the mentoring hours, each member of the eligible employee group will have the opportunity to easily connect with an experienced mentor.

They can discuss their current challenges, broaden their perspectives with new strategies and tools, find inspiration, and develop individual solutions.

Together, we will:

• Clarify your current challenge and establish the goal you hope to achieve by the end of the conversation.
• Explore which strategies and tools could be effective for your challenge.
• Identify what resources you already have and what additional support you need to “move forward.”
• Develop specific next steps aligned with your goals.
