Onboarding Coaching

Are you changing or preparing to change your position or organization and seeking independent professional support?

Are you wondering how to effectively step into a leadership role in a new environment or team?

Throughout a process consisting of 6-8 sessions (1.5 hours every 3-4 weeks), you will clarify your expectations regarding your new role.

You will implement your individual plan that includes business goals and the development of the competencies necessary to achieve them.

Together, we will:

  • Establish the goals, pace, and intensity of your process.
  • Assess which resources you are currently utilizing and which will be needed in your new role.
  • Select appropriate tools (including diagnostic, mentoring, and training elements) to support the realization of your goals.
  • Develop specific development tasks to complete between sessions.

 

Between sessions, you will work on individual development tasks with the option for consultation.

Leaders and managers who have changed roles or are in the process of changing roles within an organization.
Length:
6-8 sessions (1.5 hours every 3-4 weeks).
