They will improve communication and enhance skills for out-of-the-box thinking and solution-oriented attitudes.
Together, we will:
Establish the goals, pace, and intensity of the group process.
Work through the specific challenges “brought” by the group based on a mentoring model.
Select appropriate tools to strengthen skills in sharing and drawing from others’ experiences.
Develop specific developmental tasks to complete between sessions.
Between sessions, participants will work on developmental tasks with the option for consultation.
